Bunsa Studio is a full-service design firm

Jennifer Bunsa studied architecture at the University of Florida and later earned a Master’s degree in Architecture from the Harvard Graduate School of Design. She started her career at Rogers Marvel Architects in New York City. She founded her own design studio in 2013 with a small group of private clients. That group of projects has grown into a diverse portfolio that includes offices for top creative agencies, showrooms, art galleries, retail spaces, restaurants and of course both large and small scale residential homes. Originally based in New York City, the studio is now headquartered in Miami, Florida with a satellite office in Brooklyn.

Our primary mission and guiding principle is good design. We are a full-service firm that focuses on architectural, interior and furniture design. Upon request, we have extended our scope to include custom furniture, fixtures and upholstery, art consulting, landscape design and other specialty services. Our first priority is creating a unique sense of place that feels both thoughtful and comfortable.

We create meaningful spaces through the use of light, form, material and color. We are committed to the use of natural materials, expert craftsmanship and the importance of spatial relationships in both form and function. Furnishings are vital to understanding how a space is experienced, which is why each piece of furniture we select or design is an extension of the larger architectural program.

We have designed the headquarters for influential clients like Droga5 in New York City and Goldman Properties in Miami as well maintaining longstanding relationships with several notable private clients. We approach each project with a fresh vision and individual response tailored to the client’s budget, needs and lifestyle.
