Vibrant art and real estate office in Wynwood

This 8,000 square foot project in Miami's Wynwood Arts District tried to match the spirit and energy of the Goldman Properties and Goldman Global Arts teams. The design focused on providing a complementary palette for the colorful artwork that dominates the space. The custom reception desk and banquette introduced tone and texture to offset the white walls and concrete floors. The library space created a miniature gallery to highlight the company's many successful projects and collaborators. Simple yet efficient white and walnut desks paired well with vibrant wall murals. The live edge wood reception desk and conference table served to reinforce the project's commitment to natural materials. The elegant executive office was an attempt to bring calm and clarity to the center of a busy operation.

Goldman Properties has helped restore urban neighborhoods, ignite street life and create global destinations since 1968, with particular success developing SoHo in New York City and Wynwood in Miami. Goldman Global Arts manages and curates The Wynwood Walls as well as its associated gallery, the Houston Bowery Wall in New York and recently added street art murals to the Miami Dolphins’ Hard Rock Stadium. GGA also maintains collaborative relationships with some of the world’s leading artists including Shepard Fairey, Futura and Swoon.
